I’m thinking about how to lose weight fast
I know you’re itching to know what I’m doing suddenly talking about losing weight fast. Here’s the story: a few days ago I had a rare opportunity to climb a flight of stairs, and was a very intense experience. By the time I got to the top, I was sweating, wheezing, my skin was hot, and I felt terrible. I went into the bathroom, splashed some cool water on the back of my neck, and gazed up into the mirror, and I realized something: I have to lose weight and fast.
In some ways, I feel like I’ve turned into my dad. He was a ferociously obese man, with a warm sense of humor and a devout, family focused outlook on life. But I tell you, he was huge. And nowadays I’m growing huge also. Now don’t misunderstand, I love my father, but I sure want to keep myself from reaching 300 pounds. Because once you get that big, there’s not really any way of turning back.
So I’ve been trying to figure out how to lose weight fast naturally. My wife wants to join me, saying that she has been thinking about losing weight too, which I think will make it easier to stay with whichever diet program we end up with. There’s an almost unmanageable quantity of contradictory weight loss tips out there.
I’ll keep you guys apprised of how well the weight loss program is going for us. I know weight loss will be difficult, but it’s what has to happen as far as I can see, so I am going to really be trying hard to learn how to lose weight fast.
